Cloth Menstrual Pads
We provide a very wide choice of cloth sanitary pads in brand and materials. They are either topped with manmade fibres or natural fibres. The natural fibres are hemp, bamboo,silk, soya/organic cotton, flannel(cotton) or cotton which are generally regarded as more breathable. The manmade fibres are minkee, fleece and lycra which are regarded as more stain resistant. The centres of the pads are all made from natural absorbent fabrics. The backings range from the manmade waterproof PUL and fleece to natural wool to some of our pads which have no backing. We recommend that buyers try a range of pads to see what suits them best!
The below table gives a read across of the lengths of the pads we stock. Please note that these are approximate as some pads for example measure 9.5 inches in length - these have been included under the 10 inch section. Additionally the pads do vary in weight and width so please read the product descriptions for full details!

We are proud that all our pads are all made by Work at Home Mothers and Women in the UK, one brand in Hawaii and one brand in Canada. You dont need to have concerns about factory conditions. All our pads are made by women who choose how they wish to work. They are enabled by making your pads to balance work with time with their own families. You cant get more Fair Trade than that!
Please note that our pads are hand made using sewing machines. They do therefore vary slightly in size, finishes and colours as they are not made by robots! Please also note that some photographs show more than one pad to show different colours available and different angles on the pad but only one pad is for sale unless it explicitly states that the price is for more than one.
